A new corner of the internet for the longer stories — the why-this-place-is-worth-it write-ups that don't fit in a story.
For a while now I’ve been telling the short version of the story — the 30-second tour, the carousel of photos, the “this place is good, go here.” It works, mostly. But every now and then there’s a spot, or a dish, or a person behind the counter, that deserves more than that.
So here we are.
This is where I’ll write the longer stuff: full reviews, why this hidden gem is the one I keep going back to, what’s worth the drive from Hamilton to Toronto and back. I’ll still be posting everywhere else — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube — but consider this the unhurried version.
